Controller: MiCausaCode (Felipe Gago Cespedes), Florida, United States. Contact: [email protected].

In one sentence: Yases does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. The game works entirely offline.

[1 · data we collect]

None. Yases has no sign-up, requests no permissions for contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or external storage, and contains no forms or chat.

[2 · data stored only on your device]

So you can pick up where you left off, the game stores on your own device (in the app's private storage) your progress, unlocked balls, selected ball, Slow Time inventory, language, sound and accessibility settings. This information never leaves the device, is not linked to your identity and is deleted when you uninstall the app. It contains no personal data.

[3 · internet, advertising and analytics]

Yases does not connect to the internet, shows no ads, embeds no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and performs no tracking across apps or websites. We do not use cookies or advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID).

[4 · purchases]

Yases is a one-time paid game. It contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions or virtual currency. The purchase is handled exclusively by the store (App Store or Google Play) under its own privacy policy; we receive no payment or identity data about the buyer.

[5 · children]

Yases is rated for all ages. Because we collect no data from any user, we collect no data from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR). Parents and guardians with questions can write to [email protected].

[6 · your rights]

Since we process no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, rectify, port or erase. If you believe otherwise, contact us and we will answer within 30 days. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information.

[7 · system crash reports]

If the app closes unexpectedly, your operating system may offer to send a technical report to Apple or Google according to your device's privacy settings. Those reports are handled by Apple or Google and contain no data collected by us.

[8 · changes to this policy]

If we ever add features that involve data processing (for example, online leaderboards), we will update this policy before releasing that version, change the effective date and reflect it in the store listings.
