Yases · terms of use
Version 1.0 · October 3, 2026
By downloading or using Yases (the "App"), published by MiCausaCode (Felipe Gago Cespedes), Florida, United States ("we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
[1 · license]
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to the rules of the store where you obtained it (App Store or Google Play). The App is licensed, not sold.
[2 · one-time purchase, no in-app purchases]
Notice to parents and guardians: Yases is a one-time purchase. It contains no microtransactions, in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising or virtual currency. Purchases made in the store must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian. Purchase restrictions (password, PIN or biometrics) are managed by your Apple ID or Google Play account; we recommend keeping "Require password for purchases" or your store's parental controls enabled.
Refunds are governed by the policies of the store where you made the purchase. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
[3 · acceptable use]
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, distribute, rent or create derivative works of the App or its content (graphics, music, voices, text and code), except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
[4 · intellectual property]
The App and all its content are owned by MiCausaCode or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Licenses for third-party assets (fonts, music and sound effects) are listed under "Credits and licenses" in the App's store listing.
[5 · health and safety]
The App contains bright visual effects and flashing lights that may affect people with photosensitive epilepsy. A warning is shown at launch and a setting is available to tone effects down (SETTINGS > EFFECTS: REDUCED). Take regular breaks and stop playing if you feel dizzy, experience altered vision or muscle twitching.
[6 · privacy]
The App collects no personal data. See the privacy policy.
[7 · updates and availability]
We may release updates that fix bugs or add content. We do not guarantee that the App will remain available indefinitely in every store or device, or that it will be compatible with future operating system versions.
[8 · warranties and limitation of liability]
The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer laws of your country of residence.
[9 · apple and google]
These terms are between you and MiCausaCode, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC, who are not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with respect to the App Store version. You must also comply with the applicable store's terms of service.
[10 · governing law]
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
