The intro video is black or does not show
The game works without the video. Fully close the app and open it again; if it persists, restart the device. On Android, make sure "extreme battery saver" is off.
No sound
Check the device's mute switch and media volume. In the game, open SETTINGS and make sure MUSIC and SOUNDS are ON. On iPhone the side mute switch silences game audio.
Flashing effects bother me
The game shows a warning at launch: it contains flashes, confetti and fast animations. If they bother you, lower the screen brightness, play in a well-lit room and take regular breaks. Stop playing if you feel dizzy or unwell.
I want to reset my progress
Uninstall and reinstall the app: progress is stored only on the device and is removed with it. As a one-time purchase you can reinstall at no cost from the same store account.
Are there in-app purchases?
No. Yases is a one-time purchase: all content (levels, balls, Slow Time) is earned by playing. No ads, no subscriptions.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store: on iPhone/iPad via reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android via your Google Play order history.
The game is slow or crashes
Close other apps, check free storage and update your OS. Yases requires iOS 15 / Android 7.1 (API 25) or later. If it keeps happening, email us with the exact device model.
Changing the language
The game starts in your device language (Spanish or English). To change it, open SETTINGS (gear in the right column) and tap LANGUAGE.
[deleting your data]
Yases has no accounts and collects no personal data, so there is no account to close and no data of ours to delete. Everything the game saves (progress, balls, settings) stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. If you would like written confirmation, email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
