If we built your site, maintenance is already part of your fee. If someone else built it, you hire maintenance alone on a fixed monthly fee with no lock-in, and we start by bringing it up to date. Either way there is someone on the other end who knows your site and answers.
Frequently asked questions
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes, very often. WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace or custom sites from another studio. We need the access details and do an initial review before starting.
How many changes can I ask for per month?
Day-to-day content changes (copy, photos, prices, hours, a promotion, a seasonal page) are included without counting. A large new section or a redesign is quoted separately and we tell you first.
What if my site goes down or gets hacked?
Monitoring catches it quickly, we restore the latest backup and clean up the cause. For WordPress sites, the clean-up and security hardening are part of the service.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, there is no lock-in. We hand over access, backups and the domain, and the site remains yours.
Does it include hosting and the domain?
Yes if we host the site. If you prefer to keep your current hosting, we work on it and take care of renewals so they are not forgotten.
Do you reply at weekends?
Regular support is on business days, with a reply within two at most. If the site is down we treat it as urgent on any day.
Has your site gone untouched for months?
Send us your website address and we will tell you what state it is in and what we would do in the first month, no strings attached.
